Once your order is confirmed, we will allocate your order with an order confirmation number. You will only need this number when making your payment by direct credit. All prices stated on this website are in New Zealand Dollars.

Credit Card
When purchasing online at www.clothingsolutions.co.nz you can use your credit card via the secure PayPal option. If you exprience any problems with processing your credit card payment, please contact us for assistance. 

 

Direct Credit
Payment can be made directly into our account number quoted on your order form. When making your payment, you must quote the order confirmation number given to you by our office on confirmation of your order.

Cheques

Cheques must be made out to Quick Solutions Ltd. Cheques must be received within 7 days of placing your website, telephone, fax or email order. Cheques are required to clear BEFORE your order will be dispatched. We reserve the right to decline cheque payment.

Cash

Please do not post cash. If you wish to pay cash for your purchase, please arrange this with our sales team.

In order to process your orders or send you our current catalogue, your details will be stored on our database. Your details will not be passed onto any other business or individual. We do not store your credit card details as all card transactions are securely processed through PayPal which is independent to Clothing Solutions. back order policy

Due to popularity, stocks of some items may sell out quickly. Some garments are also produced in limited edition numbers. Fabrics are subject to change and availability. Efforts are made to reorder some items however are dependant on fabric held in stock. At the time of receiving your backorder confirmation on garments or products, you will be advised of the approximate waiting time for your order to arrive. Some items may not be possible to back order. 

Some items listed under the "Products" section of this website may become "out of stock" without notice. Some product items maybe unavailable on back order due to overseas shipping and changes in supply availability.

We stock the garment range specified in our current collection in sizes extra small (XS), small (S), medium (M), large (L) extra large (XL) and (2XL). Our garments include short & long sleeve mens shirts, mens nightshirts, mens singlets, body suit – undergarments, sleep suits, ladies shirt frocks, ladies long sleeve wrap dress, merino garments, capped sleeve & ¾ sleeve ladies nighties, clothing protectors, wheelchair friendly & high needs garments. Our product lines & fabric options do change from time to time. Clothing Solutions has developed its unique range of stylish yet functional garments to meet the needs of the elderly or physically challenged. Garments are fashionable and easy to use. Garments fit from the front with the ease of discreet opening seams on the back (patent pending no. 583124). Our garments are designed to give the patient a comfortable, stylish & conventional dress appearance fusing fashion with dignity. Our garments are proudly styled and manufactured in Canterbury, New Zealand.

garments return policy / warranty

On our garment range, we offer a 60 day 100% refund or credit on your purchase price (including the initial courier charge where applicable). You must return the goods in the original condition as they were sent. The goods are not to have been worn or washed. We must receive your returned goods within 60 days from when they were sent to you. Your receipt MUST be enclosed with your returned goods. Any equivalent item exchange will not incur an additional courier charge. Clothing Solutions does not accept liability for customer returns that don’t reach us. Clothing Solutions will repair any manufacturing fault for the lifetime of the garment. Damage caused to the garment by anyone other than the fault of Clothing Solutions is not covered under warranty.

*Please note: Refunds are made by cheque or direct credit into your nominated account. (a returns form must be completed).

 

products warranty

On all non-garment products, we offer a full one year warranty from date of purchase. Parts and labour are covered under warranty. Intentional damage caused to the product is not covered under warranty. Full replacement or repair of any product during the term of warranty is at the discretion of Clothing Solutions. Clothing Solutions prefers to use your local or neighbouring centre repair service agent for warranty issues. This reduces the time that products are under repair and gets items back to you as soon as possible. Electronic items may be sent to an alternative specialist technician. Most parts required are held in stock by our Christchurch based importer. A free pick up and delivery service is available in the Canterbury Region for items such as mobility scooters and powerchairs.  

 

delivery terms

A courier charge will apply to each order placed in addition to the purchase price of your order. Once we have confirmed your order and processed your payment as received, orders for which garment stock is held will be dispatched within 5 working days by courier to a physical address. Where orders are not currently in stock, our garments are manufactured locally on a fortnightly made to order basis. Your order will be processed on the next manufacturing run and immediately dispatched to you. You may be notified of the expected delivery date following confirmation of your order. For items not held in stock, the approximate delivery time for New Zealand orders is up to 15 working days. Garments are wrapped and courier posted to you. For orders within Australia, you can expect to receive your order within 7 to 15 working days. For all other countries, you can expect to receive your order within 21 to 28 working days. Delays may occur due to some fabrics not being held in stock.

All orders for products listed under the "products" section of our website will be dispatched within 3 working days from receipt of payment. For New Zealand orders, you can expect to receive your order within 3 - 5 working days. For orders within Australia, you can expect to receive your order within 7 to 15 working days. For all other countries, you can expect to receive your order within 21 to 28 working days.

Clothing Solutions shall not be liable for any unauthorised use of client accounts.

Clothing Solutions reserves the right to decline any sales transaction of it's garments or products to any individual, business, company or other entity whether in New Zealand, Australia or other country. 

Some products may require minor assembly by the purchaser when products are freighted.

$16.00 NZ per any size order. Includes post & packaging. Delivered anywhere within Australia.

$30.00 NZ per any size order. Includes post & packaging. Delivered anywhere throughout the United States of America, United Kingdom, Canada, Germany and Sweden. 

Courier charges quoted are on garment orders only. Additional courier/postage charges may apply to excess size orders.

A pick up option is available on all garment orders. No freight charges apply for pick up.

$120.00 NZ freight delivery charge on each mobility scooter or power chair delivered anywhere in New Zealand.

$70.00 NZ freight delivery charge on each non-motorised wheelchair delivered anywhere in New Zealand.

$9.00 NZ freight delivery charge on each single walking stick or single reacher delivered anywhere in New Zealand.

$20.00 NZ freight delivery charge on each other product item delivered anywhere in New Zealand.

$20.00 NZ freight delivery charge on each set of Forearm Crutches MP10403 & MP10404 delivered anywhere in New Zealand.

A pick up option is available on all product items. No freight charges apply for pick up.

Freight charges may change without notification. On processing your online order, the order confirmation will advise you of the respective freight charge. 

When ordering our products from outside New Zealand, check with Clothing Solutions as additional freight charges do apply.

Please note that some products may require minor assembly by the purchaser where products are freighted directly from our supplier.
